Conditions of Sale – All orders will be despatched on receipt of payment. Product Description Whilst every effort is made to accurately describe products, there may be slight variation in product colour, packaging design or specification. Payment - We accept payments made by cheques or postal orders All card payments are made securely through the paypal or google check-out where all payments are dealt with through a secure server. If paying by e-cheque or cheque your item will not be sent until payment has cleared.
During holidays and festive periods please take this into account to avoid disappointment. We will inform you of the progress of your order via email. SHIPPING
**We can not be responsible for the time scale that the Royal Mail take to deliver your items once we have deposited them at the post office** ***Next Day Delivery is available at extra cost** Royal Mail First Class delivery should ensure your parcel reaches you next day, and second class should be with you within 3 days of item being shipped. HOWEVER it is NOT a guaranteed service and is subject to the fluctuations of the Postal Service. Royal Mail, in their terms and conditions clearly say they have up to 15 WORKING DAYS to deliver your parcel. If, after this time, your parcel has not been delivered we are then able to claim with Royal Mail for a lost parcel. At this point we will either re-send your delivery, or at your request refund your money.
If you are out during delivery time and do not collect your items from the depot your parcel within 7 days then Royal Mail will return your parcel to us and we will need to re-charge you delivery to send your parcel back out to you.
If you require a faster or next day service you should choose our next day delivery on check out option.
RETURNS We hope that up are delighted with your goods from Belenos.
However if not, you may return the goods in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt of the items by email or in writing.
If you return items for reasons other than damaged,faulty goods or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS
If you are returning the goods due to damages, incomplete or incorrect orders we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods and the costs for their return postage.
Once goods have been received by us we will Refund you or arrange for new goods to be sent.
